Short version: we collect four things from the form so one person can ring you back, we never sell or share them, and you can have them deleted by asking.

Four fields: your name, your company, your phone number and your email. Nothing else is required, and the only hidden field is Google's standard click identifier, which tells us which ad the enquiry came from.
We use them to ring you back within the hour during working hours, and to prepare the audit if you buy one. They are not used for a mailing list, a nurture sequence or retargeting, because we do not run any of those.

Make It Ring, and the tools needed to send you an email and an invoice: the form host, the email provider and the accounting software, all named on request.
Nothing is sold, rented or shared with lead brokers, and we do not pass your details to another agency. Google receives the standard signal that an enquiry happened, which does not include your name or number.

If you become a client, calls to your tracked ad numbers are recorded, because scoring answered, quoted and booked calls by hour is most of how we improve an account. That means recordings of your customers' calls exist.
Two things follow. Your call handling needs an announcement that calls may be recorded, and you are the controller of those recordings while we process them for you. Consent law varies by state, so we set the announcement up with you rather than for you.
Recordings live in your own call tracking account, on your own subscription, and they stay with you if we stop working together. We keep no copies.

Enquiries that do not become audits are deleted after twelve months. Audit documents and invoices are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Account access is removed within two working days of a client leaving.
This site runs no advertising cookies of its own beyond Google's conversion measurement.
