Google Ads for local service businesses

We run the Google Ads for local service companies. Moving, cleaning and restoration. You get more calls from people ready to book, and a straight answer on what each one cost.

What we actually do

Google Ads, and Google Ads only

That is the list. We do not touch your website, your SEO or your truck wraps.

Campaign management

Emergency work, scheduled work and recurring contracts in separate campaigns with separate budgets.

Call tracking and scoring

Every number tracked and recorded, so answered, missed and booked can be counted by hour of day.

Landing pages

One page per service line on your own domain, phone number above everything else. Yours to keep.

Reporting in booked jobs

One page a month: spend, calls, booked jobs, what a booked job cost you, and what we changed.

Busy-season budgets

Down when the diary is full, up before a holiday weekend or a storm warning, not after.

Brand defence

Your own company name held at the top for pennies, and a complaint filed when an aggregator uses your name in their ad copy.

Why we charge for the first look

We don't take on an account we haven't looked at

Fifty dollars, three working days, your own account.

Charging is what lets us say the awkward thing at the end. Like: your account is fine, your problem is nobody picks up after six. Or: there is not enough search where you work to justify paying anyone. We have said both this year.

The findings are yours either way, including the recording of us going through the account. If you carry on, the fifty dollars comes off month one.

What owners say

We love our customers

Ask for two phone numbers on the call and we will send them.

Advance Moving crew loading a truck in Toronto

We were paying 15% of spend before, so every talk about budget felt like a sales call. Flat fee ended that. In July he actually told me to cut the budget by a third because we were three weeks behind on jobs. We went from two trucks to eight with these guys.

Advance Moving

Cakewalk Restore team going through paperwork

First month he barely touched the campaigns. He sat there listening to our calls, then sent me eleven recordings from one Sunday where we had let it ring out. That was uncomfortable, and it was the right place to start. Our after-hours jobs have doubled since.

Cakewalk Restore

Restoration

Nashville Steam Cleaning technician extracting a carpeted stairway

He split the one-off cleans out of the contract budget in the first week. That one change fixed what we were paying to win a round. We went from twelve contracts a month to twenty-seven, and we know which keyword each one came from.

Starts at

$750 / month

Flat fee, never a cut of your spend. Your card pays Google direct, so we never touch your ad budget.

There is no contract, because we are trying to grow with you for years, not lock you in for six months. That only works if we keep delivering. The month we stop, you stop paying us.

When we're not a fit

When we'll tell you not to hire us

Because paying us would not help you.

Spending under $2,000 a month on clicks?

The fee would be most of your budget. You are better off running it yourself, and we will show you how, free.

Can't add more work?

Work you cannot cover costs you jobs and reviews. We would rather wait until you can staff it.

Nobody answering out of hours, and that isn't changing?

Emergency work goes to whoever picks up. More calls will not fix a phone nobody answers.
